Corporations will always exploit and take advantages, even if it is illegal and eventually breaks the entire game, see global banking industry.
You point out what is exactly wrong with capitalism, then almost complain when someone like myself stands up to it. At what point do you not accept getting a raw deal?
And if corporations get to do this “removing of jobs” to further their profits, why would you want to give them bigger tax breaks and more incentives? This only makes the situation worse for American workers. You are pouring gasoline on a fire then wonder why everything around you is burned.
