Governing The Republican Made Crisis

The choice for Congress seems to down to Democrats’ recovery and jobs vs. Republicans’ negligence and ignorance.

Why is Congressional negligence such an option in this day and age when so many vulnerable people, of all backgrounds, need help and compassion?
